Returns and Exchanges

Need to return something? No problem!

We offer an easy return and exchange policy to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to return, you can send your item back for a full refund (minus original shipping costs if applicable) or exchange. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase, and please ensure that the item shows no signs of wear including sweat, make-up, self-tanner, deodorant, hair or stains, and that the item has not been washed, along with its original tags still attached.

If you wish to exchange your item, you may email us with the brand name, style number, size and color of the items you would like for an exchange so we can place them on hold for you. Note that you are responsible for the return shipment. Any additional charges will be refunded or charged to the card we have on file, and exchanges will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving the package.

Faulty Items

All items undergo a precise quality check before they are packed to ensure they are in perfect condition. However, if there is a problem with the item you have bought, please submit a request from the contact us page with your order number, a description of the fault and a clear supporting photo/video, and we will be happy to replace your faulty product.

Restocking Fee 

We are entitled to charge a restocking fee if the returned product has been heavily used showing wear or tear, if the item is missing parts, or if the item has been damaged. A restocking fee of 50% will be charged in these instances.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of DesiDeal (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.desideal.com.au

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
