Australia Domestic Shipping
- We use Australia Post for all domestic shipping, all parcels include tracking number. If no one is available at your nominated shipping address, Australia Post can leave your parcel in a secure location they choose if signature on delivery is not selected.
- All orders are typically processed within 2 business days of orders being placed with most orders being shipped the same day that it was placed.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages which are marked delivered by shipping company. If no one is available at your nominated shipping address, shipping company can leave your parcel in a secure location they choose if signature on delivery is not selected. We do not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels after the parcel has been handed in to the shipping company. However, we will do what we can to resolve any issues as we realise how frustrating it is to have your package stolen or lost.
- If you require Signature On Delivery, please select from the shipping options during the checkout process. A signature and name will always be captured and the parcel will be taken to a nearby Post Office if your customer is not at home to sign for the parcel.
China Warehouse Shipping
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 10 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
